"Anyone who imagines that bliss is normal is going to waste a lot of time running around shouting that he has been robbed. The fact is that most putts don’t drop, most beef is tough, most children grow up to be just like people, most successful marriages require a high degree of mutual toleration, and most jobs are more often dull than otherwise. Life is just like an old time rail journey ... delays, sidetracks, smoke, dust, cinders, and jolts, interspersed only occasionally by beautiful vistas and thrilling bursts of speed. The trick is to thank the Lord for letting you have the ride."

Proud Mary

Here is
Proud Mary
from
SHINE!
Ritz Players:
Jill Stallworth and Sheila Brooks, Backup dancers extraordinaire!
Tommy Ryan as "Ike" and me as "Tina"

Hilarious!

Notes:

The laugh you hear at the beginning is my Aunt Lawanna, when I heard her... I almost lost it! This was incredibly hard to do without laughing!

2:39- I apologize... I went a "little" crazy :)

3:20- Look at Dem Legs Go!

4:04- I started to get tickled...

4:30- I was getting tired... and so was Sheila (right) I think Jill (left) took SPEED before we went on the stage... she was like the Energizer Bunny. I wish I had her energy!

We all had so much fun doing this!
