"Anyone who imagines that bliss is normal is going to waste a lot of time running around shouting that he has been robbed. The fact is that most putts don’t drop, most beef is tough, most children grow up to be just like people, most successful marriages require a high degree of mutual toleration, and most jobs are more often dull than otherwise. Life is just like an old time rail journey ... delays, sidetracks, smoke, dust, cinders, and jolts, interspersed only occasionally by beautiful vistas and thrilling bursts of speed. The trick is to thank the Lord for letting you have the ride."

Wow!

I didn't think I could love Beyonce anymore after what she did for sweet Taylor Swift at the VMA's after the Kanye Incident... but then, I saw this video:

Beyonce pulled a child named Chelsea from the crowd up on stage at her concert this weekend. Chelsea, has Leukemia and Beyonce sang to her the ballad Halo.
I will never hear that song the same way again after watching this... I seriously cried crocodile tears!

I love it when celebrities make me proud. :)

BTW- tomorrow night.... I will post about our canoe camping trip... right now, I'm exhausted and heading to bed. Work tomorrow- blah.
